Wee Hour after Merdeka Race..

It is 0025H, Monday now. Ever wonder why I still awake and write this? I am going to message my colleague tomorrow early morning to inform him that I am taking a half day emergency leave.
Yesterday (Sunday) is a tiring day for me. It's been quite long I never sleep so long - more than 10 hours. I came back from Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race (MME) around 2.30am in the morning. It was exciting but tiring.
On Saturday, after getting those essential Nikon lens for shooting MME, I quickly departed from my house and pick another friend up at Putra Permai. After picking him up, we headed towards Taman Desa to get our 'Pit Crew' pass for MME. We were representing Maximus Racing (Toyota SEG 4AGE) Team.
Our initial plan was to go straight to Sepang International Circuit (SIC). After asking them, three of us still have not eaten anything. Our stomach are empty. So we decided to stop over at McDonalds before entering Sg. Besi PLUS Tol. I had a large Spicy Beef Foldover meal and it is enough to last till tonight race.
We arrived at the Paddock Entry, SIC at 6.00pm. The parking was quite expensive, it cost us RM10 for the parking. Forget about it, just pay and get my car parked at the designated idea. It takes me some time to get my self prepared - my camera, my water bottle, my tripod and last but not least my shoe.
When we walked into the pit lane, the atmosphere were busy and the pit crew were busy preparing their race machine for the 12 hour endurance race. We manage to get the schedule for the event and got to know that the endurance race only start at 12.05am midnight. There are more than 5 hours to spend at the pit before the race start. I nicely took out my beloved camera and try some shot on Team Honda Civic MME. The pit is unusually busy and filled with the noise of engine revving. I tried to compose and get some shot on the atmosphere of the pit lane where all the team busy preparing their race machine.

As promised, here are some of the photo taken during Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race 2006 at Sepang International Circuit. The endurance race got heated up when it rain in the middle of night and the competition became tougher.

Shooting Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race

Got a phone call from my friend today, they have an extra MEDIA PASS for tomorrow's Merdeka Millenium Race (MME). MME is a 12 hours endurance race held anually in conjunction with Malaysia independence day celebration in Sepang International Circuit. I was so excited. Even though it is a local event, at least I got authority to roam freely on the pit and try to get some good shot. This is the benefit of MEDIA PASS compared to normal ticket. The best of all, it is FREE!.

Friday morning

It's 7.33AM now in the morning. I still have 10 more minutes before I leave my apartment to work. When I saw this blog, it's been more than a year since the last time I update this blog. There are too many blog around, I have yet to settle down with a blog where I will discipline myself to update it frequently.

It is been a tiring day for yesterday. Rushing down to the Indian Embassy in Jalan Duta to get back my VISA and it was raining cats and dogs. The thunder striking everwhere in the city added some 'mood' to the rain. My entire body was wet and my shirt was soaked with rain water even though there is an umbrella. What a bad evening for me, anyway I still get my VISA done.

Today, I suppose to leave on a jet plane and headed towards Hyderabad, India on a support trip to Microsoft Phase 1 Building. Unfortunately I still haven't got any confirmation of the schedule, there fore guess the trip have been delayed. This might be a good news for me.

All right, there is nothing much to write till now. It's time for work. The beginning of another working day for me. By the way, thank god it's Friday today! =)

Bored and lazy..

Still left 1 and a half week before my final start on 30th March 2005! Can't believe it going to be the end of semester! I still day dreaming as usual, procastinate about what I should do - study Physic! I don't know what's wrong with me, well maybe get too excited to graduate from UNITEN!

Totally no mood to study at all! Trying to find something to do, in the end - ended up in front of my PC and blog this! I wonder where can I find the mood to study! It's been few weeks I didn't touch my book nor my final year project report! I have been trying hard to concentrate but still useless!

Isshh... I can't continue this kinda attitude or else I gonna flunk my final paper! I ain't gonna flunk on final sem! Hmm..must find a way to study, to concentrate and to finish study all my subject! Damn..useless me! Wonder how I gonna be if I ain't lazy and procastinate on what I going to do! LAZY, PROCASTINATE! I hate that yet I still get back to the same habit!...

Sigh...

1 Month later..

Gosh, it was 1 month since I update my blog. Nearly forgotten about what I going to write since 10th Feb 2005. Let recall the last part of memory still remained in my brain after a month of break in blogging. February was an interesting month for me. Lot's of thing happened during that month till I totally ignore and forgotten about my blog.

Sigh! Oh yeah, as far as I remembered, I was trying to sell my Canon Powershot A80 digital camera thru Lowyat.net, Photomalaysia.com, Mykamera.com, and Free Trade Zone. Trying to sell at price of RM799, unfortunately no one interested. I have no choice but to lower my price till RM700. Few weeks later, I got an email from unknown buyer offer me a price of RM650. I have no choice but to let it go at that price due to need emergency funding for my new camera. Finally sell it off in the beginning of March. After sold of my wonderful little Powershot A80, I behave like a predator, preying for new victim (My new gonna be digital camera!). No rush, everyday browse thru forum, review site and get some opinion from forumers regarding the victim I preying for. Undecided and no rush... I take my sweet time looking for my victim that suite my taste... Ooops..what happened next? Oh gosh, I forgotten part of the story... naah..just wanna take a break, it's nearly 2am in the morning. Tiring and exhausted!

Third Day Of Chinese New Year..

Finally reached third day of Chinese New Year! It's 0232H now...still browsing the web. Logged into friendster.com added some old friend from Chung Ling Butterworth. Suddenly remembered the memories of the old day in school. It was fun then to meet and greet friend all around in school.
Few hours ago, to be precise - 1130H, went to yum cha and catch up with some old friend @ DeeJay Mamak in Jalan Ong Yi How. Quite a number of them turned up at the mamak there, this can consider almost complete reunion 'yum cha' session. I really enjoy chatting with old mates and exchange information with each other work and current lifestyle. As usual, can't get enough of talking cock! We have chat till late 0130H in the early morning of third day of chinese new year. My throat is thirsty and as dry as the desert, can't continue anymore and it's too 'early' in the morning. Finally called off for this meeting. Hope to meet again in the future time. Came back and check my email see if anyone else interested to buy my digital camera - Canon Powershot A80. Still looking for a buyer offer me a better price. Haih..how long do I need to wait for my 'potential' buyer. Ooops...my brain is blank now, have nothing to continue, need to stop here. Might continue the next day~! Again HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

My Life - The Beginning

Well it is 0244H, first time I registered Blogger.com... Phew..bored..

Waiting for 0400H...estimated departure time (EDT) to drive back to my hometown (Estimated Time Arrival - ETA @ 0700H - 3 Hours non-stop journey). Still packing lotsa stuff...cleaning rubbish, get everything ready to transfer to the car and carry it back. 2 days more countdown to Chinese New Year, but there is no feeling of celebrating Chinese New Year. Maybe already grown up, not like the old days when I was a kid, playing fireworks and fire cracker round the house. In the old days, Chinese New Year celebration can be seen anywhere. Year and years passsed by, the 'feel' for celebration of Chinese New Year are long gone nowadays..no more firework (banned by the government), just a normal Reunion Dinner, and visiting relatives and friends on first till fifteen day of Chinese New Year...

Whoalaa..it is 0300H..I better get things done and be prepare for a long tiring journey back to my hometown - Butterworth, Penang. Yup, I travel at this time. There is a reason why I choose this time.

Last word I wanna shouted before I leave my South City apartment - HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!... ;-)
